Who can open a wholesale account?+
Brick-and-mortar nutrition shops, franchise locations, gyms with a retail counter, and specialty fitness retail. We need a resale permit and a floor. We do not open accounts for Amazon sellers, dropshippers, or people who want to flip tubs on Facebook.
Do you sell direct to consumers?+
No. There is no SAT consumer cart, no Amazon listing, no Walmart.com. Product moves through doors like yours.
How is MAP handled?+
MSRP is MAP. We print it on the sell sheet and we enforce it. A door that advertises under MAP loses the line. We do not run flash sales that make your shelf look expensive.
What does freight look like?+
Prepaid over $750. Reorders under the threshold ship at cost. Vernon, California. Five to seven days to most of the country.
Are the formulas third-party tested?+
Every lot is identity-tested and screened for heavy metals, microbes, and residual solvents by an ISO 17025 lab. A COA is linked from the QR on the tub. Packed in a cGMP facility in Vernon.
Can I return unsold product?+
Unopened cases within 60 days of invoice, if the lot still has 12 months of shelf life. We would rather take it back than watch it go stale on your top shelf. Opened demo tubs stay with you.
